Very good work. So this is the beginning of this, ehh.... Especially the right part is well done (damp, lighting) and looks like a real photo. I would handle the damp/smoke as non-transparent (it will hide and create/cause shadows on the sign). You might hide the Hollywood sign even up to the half and it would still be cognizable. But these are just my two cents
