Classic Dorothea Lange photograph. One of the best in history, and very fitting subject for this contest. Though not much Photoshopping done to this one, it's still a good dupe of a Nat'l Geographic cover and sometimes subtle is best.

Yeah, I pretty much built a National Geographic cover around this photo. I started out putting Sarah Palin's face in it and quickly realized how disrespectful that would be to this amazing photograph. (one of my all time favorites) So I kept it simple.
