Try to spend a bit more time on future entries so that you can really display your talents. You have bounding boxes remaining around both of your source images; likely a result of the feathering on the selection tool being set to 1. Adjust the tollerance settings on the tools which you are using to delete the backgrounds of your sources so that you are not selecting parts of the main image as parts of the upper-left area of the head and the right ear have been deleted.
