| The hammer (small hammer) is an impact tool used for driving nails, breaking items and other types of work. The hammer is one of the most ancient tools used by human beings.
The main part of the hammer is a compact weight, made of a continuous material, usually metal, which can be used for delivering blows on something and thus, the metal does not get deformed. The hammer with a rubber or replaceable nylon head is optimum for usage. Such a hammer differs with the presence of a flexible head. It in turn helps to transfer maximum energy while striking into moving energy.
The sledgehammer has an inversely proportional mechanism of action. It is different since it consists of a long handle and a so-called sledge hammer with a broad head. Therefore, extreme force on impact is generated and if rubber caps are used, then it is possible to avoid damage to soft materials.
