| For years, a medieval limestone slab was used as a gravestone for a dead cat. The stone had an image os St. Peter carved onto it and dates from the early part of the 10th century. A British man found it in a salvage yard. He took it to his home in Somerset, which is in southwest England. He put in it his garden where Winkle the cat was buried. Only when a local potter and historian, Chris Brewchorne, noticed the stone was its worth apparent. |
