Only "one".. I personally would prefer to have both done so my wife/girlfriend or whoever would not be lopsided.

Great idea for the contest. A chopped image to go along with the gift certificate would do much better. (Gift card laying next to a broken wineglass, or with an image of some rediculously buxom model, etc...)
