Your voting behavior is something you should not be proud of.
The blurry nose and side of face is not a problem of the source... it is a direct result of the artist. The liquify tool stretches the pixels and causes them to blur if they are stretched too much. People's suggestions/comments are given to help you and should be respected as such... not answered with excuses.
