I knew the source picture had been used a million times....just figured it was my turn.
The work was accomplished with layer styles, gradient maps, a couple of PS's basic filters tweaked just so.

Very nice. Somehow, I see a bone in her Nose but, maybe that was a different tribe, I am imagining. I like the texture of the image.

I think the rule of thirds goes something like:
You spend 1/3 of your chopping time looking for sources,,, 1/3 chopping it,,, and 1/3 of the time watching the voters give your hard work a 3.
