the house looks a bit bright compared to its surroundings

The house is too bright, too small, and if the people were standing where they are, they would be in the water. it may have worked better if they were put further back on the porch and behind the posts.

I don't mean to be mean, but the people look terrible. The masking is bad, the people are in the water, and the woman has lost her leg. If you look at the trees, the house should be bigger. Potentially good idea, but not well done.
