Contest Directions: 
The health benefits of eating fish have been known for a long time - it helps longevity, it is considered brain food, it lowers your cholesterol levels, and is good for your heart. In addition to those benefits, the most recent medical studies have shown that fish oil helps the body reduce inflammation. Because of this, researchers felt that the active ingredient in fish oil has great potential as a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and stroke.
As a tribute to fish for all the health benefits it provides, photoshop any fish any way you wish (that's a good rhyme!). Some examples are: show what the world would be like if fish ruled, include fish in movies and paintings, create shapes of fish from other food, objects or landscapes. These are just some ideas.
