well, flames are about the toughest elements to layer in any chop. Takes a whole lot of practice. Some guys capture and then stack multiple layers in different values around 20% until they get the desired saturation rather than trying to contrast the flames risking the yellow turning green. But this is cool, you could think about getting Topaz Adjust3 which gives you a feature called color balast which will stabilize flame colors...err pretty much. You'll have some rogue color bursts that will scatter out but you can manually erase or mask them out. Then hit it with a bit of sharpen to add drama and you'll be pleased as hell-o.
