Thanks all SomethingOdiferous: Mainly a matter of layering in this image and getting comfortable with how the options work. Here's a primer: Photoshop CS2: How Layers Work Old Newspaper: I used warp tool, crumple and burn filters on an old newspaper image, then added a drop shadow and erased the edges to feather it into the sand.
