I think full view looks good too. Color on the tentacle looks a little strong. Maybe desat a bit.

I think it looks right,the sun is glaring on it making it brighter and it fades out towards the bottom. nice work

I actually raised the contrast of the tentacle and lighted it a bit to make it fit more with the surroundings, I think it looks good.
