I agree a lot of effort here (Maybe adjust the face skin tone to that of the body, doesn't seem to match in my view

....nice job and too funny Just remember when you add lots of elements to keep an eye on the shadows in terms of the distance they are from other objects behind them (eg like the hand with the drumstick which is further away from his body than the other elements which are closer)
