Mouth is over exaggerated and chin does not tone well with rest of face.

To correct this, make new layer, take colour from face, then with soft brush go over chin. Add noise and lower opacity. then make another layer, take a colour from the shadowed part to mould chin. Blur a little and lower opacity. The mouth is too black, try making anothe layer and drawing over the black line with dark brown.
