This is a great image to work with. You will need to adjust the colour curves, hue/saturation a bit more to match the existing skin tones and do a bit more blending on the left, right and top of the image. The glasses are a nice touch but watch the existing shadow at the top as it is very straight-edged on his face. Might want to blend the edge of this a little. Try to add a bit of depth to the black frame of the glasses by varying the colour, especially where it bends to wrap around his face.
