ty joe, I guess "twisted" is my way of protesting and trying to add interest and humor into an otherwise boring source picture. I don't see how it's off theme though, cause the contest rules say chop it any way you like.

Yeh, it's on theme hidden...as there isn't any "theme" other than to use elements from the source image any way you want...which you did

Thanks all. I had a lot of fun making the tracks in the sand, which were fossilized footprints I found thru a google search..

I have no idea what it means but it sure looks cool... It don't follow the skiing theme at all but has all the main parts and that is the ticket. Like Funk says, you gotta get past the boring source and this here chop does that. The only way it would be better in my book is if it was in second place hahahahahahahahahaha Good gold sir.
