Dinner in the City pictures

Howard Dean makes a surprise guest appearance on the final episode of '*** in the City' during the going-away party scene. Dean thought this was a great opportunity to show his assets and maybe get some votes from the 18-40 year old liberal female voting population.

However, he did not expect for Samantha to pull out a whip. This is going to hurt.
