It was a news story a while back about what the reflection in Cheney's glasses was. It appears to be a scantily clad female, but no one has made a positive ID.

It's a hand holding a fishing pole. What you think are something else are actually knuckles. (It's actually easier to make out in the chop than the original photograph)
