Very cool idea. See if you can can get a sharper image for the probes to tie in better with the hands. The position of the blue-handled probe could do with rotating slightly so that the end is closer to being between the thumb and fore-finger even if this means that the tip of the probe will miss the exposed electronics of the other hand. Watch your shadows. Where the probe crosses an object, the shadow will be dark as you have but much lighter or none at all where the probe extends past the edge of the object. An easy way to do this, where an object crosses multiple surfaces, is to duplicate the object which you are going to apply the shadow to. In the case of the yellow probe, create a duplicate layer. Turn the top layer off and mask the yellow probe on the active layer so that the probe does not extend past the edges of the hand. Apply the shadow only to this layer. If the shadow still spills out past the hand, just mask the probe some more until it is how you want it. Then turn on the above layer. It will make your work much more realistic. Add some noise (a setting of 2-4 should do) to the grey underlay to match the desk surface. Might want to trim-off the overhanging bit. Probe 1 Probe 2
