Good idea, should include a link to sources to show the work that you did. Whatever it was is clean as can be. (I figure you added the Xs for eyes, but other than that, I don't see anything thats been chopped)

Midina - Thank you for the sage advice. It is actually composed from four photos, along with the changed eyes and recolored tongue (usually they are red on a cuckoo clock). You would be suprised how fast the little bird moves on the hour - barely enough time to snap the shutter when the wooden avain appears. So this is a blend of the doors being held open, then removing the fingers, then holding down the bird in the lower position, again cutting out the fingers. About 10 layers in all, including a shadow layer. Of course hand-held flash photos are always difficult to color-match, so plenty of level work and color-balancing in there too. I am honored that all you think I did was to change the eyes. I do hope you start posting some of your original sources too.
