Estee Lauder, the cosmetics giant, has called on a former Gucci fashion designed to help develop beauty products. Tom Ford will join Estee Lauder with a mult-year deal. Estee Lauder's partnership with Form marks the first time that the company has teamed up with a fashion designer. Estee Lauder has experienced lagging sales in recent years. Ford largely is credited for aiding both Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent and the sales of those companies.
