Very nice. I might suggest adding another skin tone layer. Some soft reds/pinks will add life to the skin. Try adding a little red/pink to the cheeks. Not much, just a little. The eyes & hair colors are great.

Run adjust - add remove noise... jpg artifact removal. Then use the soften brush on the skin. Clarify and see wot you got. Good try.
