Here's a suggestion: When your light bulbs burn out, save them -- turn them into attractive ornaments. In the end, all you need is some scrap materials and some paint. First, coat the light bulb in about three layers of white craft paint. Second, coat the "hat" of the bulb in two of three layers of black paint. Third, glue some buttons onto "his" front. Fourth, make eyes and a nose from jewelry beads. Fifth, for the nose, use a miniture Christmas light. Sixth, make a scarf from scrap material and tie it around the "neck" of the blub. Seventh, using some floral wire, add some decorative trim to the hat by wrapping it around and crunching the ends up. Finally, rub a regilar glue stick around the base of the little snowman and role in some clear sparkles.
