The fast thinking 22 year old woman tool a shot of the smirking fellow and handed it over to the cops who posted the picture on the Internet. Word of her efforts flashed across cyberspace with more than 45,000 people viewing the image within a week's time. Nguyen only hopes her photo helps catch the perverted culprit.
