Liu Yulan -- with jet black hair and trim figure -- looks at least a decade older than she is ... which is 62. She credits four visits to a cosmetic surgeon for her appearance. Liu is one of 19 finalists in the first ever pageant in China for women who have gone through plastic surgery. More than 90 people from other countries also applied to be part of the pageant. Applicants for the pageant had to show proof that they have undergone plastic surgery.
