Perhaps this mugshot can be used to promote "the spirit of a fighter" if they'll ever shoot "Brave Heart 2", 'cause Mel was certainly "brave" and "had a heart" to say what he said when he was stopped on a Malibu road. In this contest you are asked to immortalize your favorite celebrities and politicians in their police mugshots. Your entries must include "mugshot info tags" to distinguish them from "just photos".
