Nice composition. The mouth looks a bit 2-dimensional and pasted

It is the original mouth with lipstick on. Teeth were made up and put on a layer underneath.

Great composition but yeah I agree with Lunac. Maybe tweak saturation/hue/contrast on teeth only.. I like it a lot though
