Good WIP.. someones gota teach me to make one some day

open the "Animation" pallete in your windows tab, then remove the "eye" tabs on your layers to make them all invisible... now in your animation window, start a new page, slowly revealing your image by clicking your eye tabs as u add more "new pages", when your happy with the result click "save for web" then change format to GIF... the hardest part seems to be getting quality and file size at decent levels
