Simple but effective. You should trime taking an opaque eraser to the larger splashes so the background will show slightly.

You could try lowering the opacity of the 'fountain' layers for a more transparent look to the water.

Not too sure what I'm supposed to be seeing here.. so a bit lost. Good try tho.
