A U.S. appeals court has ruled against three homeless men who complained that the U.S. Postal Service did not make sufficient arrangements for them to receive post. The Seattle men maintained that general delivery services for mail recipients without a physical address limited to the main post office denied them proper access to their letters. However the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals found that the postal system had acted properly.
