Not sure if it's on purpose, but the saturation of the face is so different from the background that it looks pasted, not blended.

Funny, but yeah, lower the saturation considerably, maybe play with the color balance some too.

Thank You for finally figuring it out. 'Building up a Vice President', it was supposed to look like her image was just stuck up there and coppertone rubbed on her to "Blend" in.
