She won't be seen prancing about in revealing outfits as part of the planned concert tour. Britney Spears suffered the injury while shooting a video with Snoop Dogg in New York City -- for her song entitled "Outrageous." She has undergone arthroscopic surgery. Months later it did not stop her from Britney Spears no panties accidents for all to see.
