The divorce petition alleges irreconcilable differences. She is seeking legal and physical custody of her two children with Federline. She is willing to give Federline reasonable visitation rights, court documents indicate. The couple was married in 2004, just over two years ago. Spears has what has been described as an "iron clad" prenuptial agreement. No single event is said to have caused Spears to file for divorce, rather it was said to be a string of happenings.
