1. Shaped the top of the egg holder into the bulb shape using the "warp" tool.
2. New layer with overlay of bulb parts "pin light" layer mode.3. Another new layer with overlay of the bulb parts using "hard light" layer mode.
4. Hue adjustment to get the yellow color of the bulb correct.
5. New layer created the outer glow with the "Ellipse Custom Shape" tool using the "paths" option and then stroked the path with a very soft yellow brush.
6. Removed the light fixture from the white background using the "extract" filter and put it on a new black background.

Glad you included the comments on how you did it. The fixture is warped so well at first I thought you hadn't used any of the original egg shot. Nice.
