A Dutch newspaper is reporting that a Dutch farmer has painted pigeons ping and green to ward off other birds of prey. His painting appears to have been effective. He said that he is crazy about the pigeons and was upset that other birds were chomping down on his feathered friends. He began painting the pigeons with environmentally friendly paint (water based) about a year ago.
