your leaving color out of some of the skin in the picture on arms etc

I would suggest working with skin tone a little bit. The top girl looks deadly pale.

Well done - but the same hair colour throws you off. Try the soften brush on the skin tones... you can do it.

The top girl has a bit grayish face color. The bottom one is great
