nice idea my only critique is the shadow between the face and the hand is must be more darker. You can compare it from the shadows of the legs and arms of the infant.

Looks like he is strangling the poor thing. Adorable though but it really does, especially w/it's tongue all out like that, . Shame, cuz it would be really adorable if he/she was sleeping like the original baby picture this is mocked from. O well, we can't all be perfect eh, . ☺
