This is what the Italian government is hoping. In recent years, pollution, vandalism and natural decay have run up a bill that is hard for the government to manage. Therefore, the arts laden nation is seeking help from its citizens to foot the bill. Beware that fund raising usually gets a cool reception in Italy, however. Therefore, the government decided to use the shock tactics set forth preciously, with posters featuring the destruction of famous works of art.
