| | Laughing day (April Fool's Day) — unofficial festival which is celebrated generally on 1st April. Fools day in Spain is celebrated on 28th December.
As per tradition, it is allowed to play jokes on this day with friends, family members, colleagues and others. This jokes trigger if the person forgets what is the day today. Traditional expression on this day is «Your back is white».
There are very famous scaled April One practical jokes and mysticisms through mass media. The First of April practical jokes through mass media are standardized by the rule in many countries. For example, in USA, mass media has to warn that they are joking.
First references about day of laughs in regard of God are related to ancient Rome.
Tradition of the first of April practical jokes in Europe has started in XVI century. In 1564 in France, Carl IX issued a decree on shifting of New year from 1st April to 1st January. Some people continued to celebrate New Year on first April it self and people used to play jokes with them by presenting empty gifts. At this time, Sun was located in Pisces constellation. From that time, in France, funny tricks were called as “April fish”
Note: Nobody knows the reason of name “April fish”, but there is a hypothesis.
There is a one more version for this festival, as per which we are obliged to Neapolitan King Monterei. On completion of Earth quake fish was presented to this King. After one year, King demanded the same thing. Same fish they could not get, but cook prepared other dish very similar to it. Though King could know the replacement, he was calm and even started laughing. From this time, people started celebrating this day by playing first April practical jokes.
As opinions show, more than 70% of people assemble for playing jokes with their known persons. As per the same opinions, many jokes come from students and from people involved in own business and having their own companies. It is advised not to bring grand mothers in to picture, though everybody play jokes on first April. Thats why be alert on sense of humor, set of fresh jokes and funny rhymes, do not be angry on jokes and respond in the same manner. In general enjoy, because every minute of laughing is useful for health as one kg of carrate (not damaged by beetles).
On first April 1957, BBC company has broadcasted the message about fantastic harvest of macaroni in Switzerland. Frames were shown about the work of farmers, who were collecting the macaroni on field. So many letters were received by BBC asking to send seedlings. Only some people recognized with an embarrassment, that earlier macaroni was prepared from floor.
