| | The controversy about her Kodak moments is big, but Antonella Barba biography is quite short. She was born in New Jersey, and
after finishing high school decided to pursue a career in architecture. Antonella started her studies to obtain an architectural degree from the Catholic University of
Washington D.C. and at the same time found herself increasingly interested in
music and performing on stage. That's where Barba decided
to try her chances with American Idol, season 6. She passed the
auditions and made it to the top 24 contestants to compete for the
American Idol title. Antonella had the incredible experience going on tour
with the Monmouth Conservatory of Music. She says Christina Aguilera is
her singer idol but she also enjoys the singing styles of Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston.
Barba is hopeful about becoming the next American Idol, and
her favorite musical instruments are violin and piano. |
