The perspective on the type is off. You might want to experiment with rasterizing the type then using free-transform to fit the perspective of the board, or if you have CS2, look into the vanishing-point feature.

Thanks for the suggestion; I understood none of it though because I use a dinky little program called Microsoft Picture It.
