|  Law enforcement officials simply can not explain the situation. When they arrived at the apartment of Gary Rosheisen, to find the wheelchair bound man on the bedroom floor, his orange and tan striped cat was lying be the telephone. The cat's owner said that somehow his pet has hit the right buttons on the phone to dial 911. The police officer on the scene could find not other explanation. Rosheisen suffers from osteoporosis and has had ministrokes. He wasn't wearing his medical alert necklace when he fell and he could not get to the telephone on his own.
