Al Gore, former Vice President and presidential candidate, is in San Francisco to announce the creation of IndTV, a new television network. IndTV is part of an independent media company headed up by Gore as well as Joel Hyatt. The network is aimed towards more liberal and younger voters. The announcement of the network will be made during the annual convention of the National Cable Television Association.
