Her architect advised that she should use components from a 747 Boeing airplane. For example, the wing of the Boeing jet will be used for a roof. Meanwhile, the nosecone will form a meditation temple. The trademark at the top of the jet will serve as a loft. The plane's parts are being obtained from an airplane scrap yard in California. The total cost of the parts is expected to be about $100,000. The total cost of building the house is expected to be several million dollars. Rehwald's family owns one of the largest Mercedes Benz dealerships in California. The house, when finished, will be on a 55 acre piece of land in the Malibu Hills. The house will overlook a nearby mountain, the valley as well as the Pacific Ocean.
