Try dropping a boob. Even though they are fake, they should sag with age dontcha think.

Had a go at the 'boob' but unable to edit the chop no edit button where it should be.

try copying a boob onto a separate layer, use "warp" (transform menu) to sag it down, then use a masking layer to blend the two back together again.
