Not sure whether the use of US flag is warranted. I would edit it out.

looks like a cartoon to me....well Osama, is a cartoon..sorry.

I was going for a painted effect here. The flag is the symbolism of the US war on terror and the enhanced aging the stress of being hunted is causing him. Yes, that is a shiner also. It was a fun entry, they can't all be perfect.
