Love the idea, good submission. Did you try the layout with a white font. Typically these ads us white, with some exceptions. This one may or may not look better with white.... don't know.

I'd say the black title goes with the lava lamp bottle labeling and border. The black color also forms a upward diagonal (implying uplift) from the title, to smiley, to the yin-yang.
